Is about time for me to make more pickels and to make some salt & pepper too. I'm all out of salt & pepper and low on pickels. Hate running low, its sinful ! Barter makes the world go round ;)

Ill get some salt and pepper late this coming week and see about a run over next weekend. Got plenty of fresh wood.

Nah, I can't find anything I like better than the tried and true California Dip. Sour cream and Lipton Onion Soup. ;)

Possum, you may be onto something there! I do liked nearly all smoked fish, just not in dip, but, That smokey flafvor of smoked fish just may be worth experimenting with. Still a month away from dragging out the smoker, but I got this on a sticky in my notebook of things to try.

Ole C1 got me to thinking and you capped it off for me.

Too many projects going on. Building an electronics test bench for radios. Buying older test equipment and refurbishing it. Stay tuned for upcoming articles in Marsh Rider Magazine.

Ok everyone with warmer weather coming on soon its time to think about some of Dudly's Pickles.

Just ain't summer without some of his Yellow Squash Pickles.

Who else has made them? They have become an essential part of my personal Summer cook book !
