Ingredients:
10 cups sliced squash
2 bell peppers (1 red/1 green) cut in 1/4 and sliced
2 cups sliced sweet onions (Moderated at Dudley's direction, Scotty)

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Brine:
2 cups white vinegar
3 cups sugar
2 tbs mustard seed
2 tsp celery seed
Directions:
Put squash, bell peppers, onions, crushed red pepper in a large bowl of ice water and let stand for 1 1/2 hours.
Bring brine to a boil for 1 minute.
Drain squash and place in the brine.
Bring brine and squash back to a boil.
Remove from heat and pack in jars.
