YES and no Jimmy... I deffinitly loved my old caddy, but I'm going with a LS so I'm looking for a 6.2 LS from a Escalade :D

Yep I'm just doing my last new caddy motor now and I'm gonna go to ls when it is worn out. Looking good man it should be a lifetime boat for sure for you

It also separates the two to help prevent corrosion.

You might change that to a 6.2 out of a CTS-V or a Camaro ZL1. There's enough numbnuts in South Florida that it shouldn't take long to have a good collection of them at the junkyard. :lol: I'll take you for a ride on my LSA boat before you commit.

worked on the boat a little sunday afternoon, got 1 1/2" angle ready to be riveted on the sides. Getting closer to pulling up the sides :cheers:

Worked on the boat sunday for half a day, riveted the angle to the sides

cut 21 pieces of angle and drilled both sides for mounting the bulkheads, also drilled all the runners. 61 5/16 holes drilled and more to go :shock:

I ordered nuts and bolts and for some reason only got the bolts :dontknow: ..so I couldn't bolt anything down
