480 gsoi gear nose noise

I have a gear nose. That's newly overhauled. Was quiet to start with now loud as all hit out. Also getting noise while under load from gear box then it goes away and comes back is this normal

What prop are you running. I've been told if you are running a 3 blade that the box will sound like a rock crusher when idling. I've got an 8 blade on mine and its really fairly quiet. I'm sure someone with a little more experience with them will offer some comments

I am running a 10 blade saber it I really loud and loud under power. It just don't fjsjzjzjsjskskeel right.
