As most of you know, I had tragedy befall my propeller recently. I sent the blades back to Sensenich for repair and the results are outstanding. Darrin and his crew really stepped up and made sure I was a satisfied customer. My hat's off to this fine organization!

I purchased a Ballistic 2.5 gearbox to replace my 2.38 Stinger. We re-installed the prop and was preparing to do the first run to check pitch. Unfortunately, nobody did a complete inventory of the tools being used and a full rack of allen head sockets went through the prop at 3,000 RPM. Destroyed the leading edges of all four blades and left some pretty hefty gouges in the first blade contacted. You can't tell that these blades were ever even used before let alone major repairs. They are beautiful and the picture really doesn't do it justice.

I'll bet that lawn looked nice, pretty and green before you laid that blade down there.

Here's how it looks on the boat. Wish it was cleaner. Blades make it look as old as it is.

Do you have to put duracoat over top of that or is it mixed together? Just wandering what it costs per blade. I know what the duracoat runs. It looks good
You would have to contact Sensenich as to how much. My understanding is that the candy is applied before the duracoat but I could be wrong. I will say I didn't think it was too out of line for as good as it looks. Just hoping they keep their good looks over time.
