Have a LIO 360 Lycoming and need to hook a exhaust system, can one be made for each side or must they be connected together? Also see some on line for sale and guess I could put a 180deg. bent pipe onto the system to run out the back of the boat. Any help would be great. Do the ports have to be a tuned type system or not to critical.

Yes, one each side is fine and comprises what is done the bulk of the time. No need for 180 degree bends.
If you purchase your headers from an airboat related (rather than aircraft) vender, your questions and concerns are really non-issues that will pretty much address themselves. Your CCW rotating, injected O-360 may be a bit unique in its own right, but where the exhaust is concerned, the requirements are no different than what is available off the shelf for any other 360 going on an airboat.
