thanks, i call mtd and talk to marty he said put med. springs in dist. and ligth spring in sec. on carb. check timing mark and set timing at 32 to 36 . also not to change intake from stock but put 1in. spacer on carb. as for the elbk carb.the 600 cfi is ok. i am also going to check the timing chain....

this boat has done well in past, had a 600 cfi holley ran dry with two 250 lb men at 2750 to 2800 rpm. max rpm sitting on trailer was 2875 rpm. carb went bad and son put on a 600 edlb now it wont get above 2500 to 2600 rpm. i am going to put in bigger jets and ligther sec spring, will it help to put...
