You can buy a 408 stroker kit for that 351W for $1000 on up. You'll get a crank, rods, pistons, and rings. THe longer stroke will make much more torque. I live on the Ocklawaha but not familiar with that area. THe FWC does employ game biologists that come up with what to shoot and where. I havent seen a snipe in 3 years in my neck of the river.......
