I had the same problem with DB about a year ago when I was building my boat. I just don't call them anymore. It's a shame, I have seen some nice products come from there shop. It seems to me, that if you are not buying a $65k boat, that you will fall through the cracks. JMHO

If it is a Whirlwind hub, is should have the bolt torque values on the hub. As soon as I hand tighten mine, there is no wiggle in the blades.

There are a couple of companies out there that sell trailer kits, where the I-Beam comes already bent for you.

I can tell you that my Rotator has about 50 hrs on it now and is very quiet. I guess it is all in the tolerances of the set up, and I got a good one.

Too much pitch on that prop. By dropping the pitch, you will not loose push, the motor will turn up, and the prop will be more efficient. I had the same problem, I am at 17.5 now, and very happy.
