Another Saturday spent at the Ellis County Air Boat Recovery Center and Whiskey Allocators & we got a lot done... the seat stand & riggin' are finished, worked out a few tweeks here & there & looked her all over again to see what's next. I still have a little bit to do, but the "project" is commin' together. Another "BIG" thanks to Cuzin' Eugene & Rita for all their hospitality & a place to work on the AirGator. Also a "BIG" thanks to Cuzin' Butch for all his help.

Another Saturday spent at the Ellis County Air Boat Recovery Center and Whiskey Allocators... with all this rain we built a fire in the shop & allocated a little whiskey & cranked the tunes while we got the engine shroud finished, the "perko" moved, the fuel filter & filter/seperater installed & the riggin' primed & painted. It's commin' together nicely, but I got a couple of things left to do before she's all tightened up... I'll post a few pic's when I get to my home computer.

dean wrote: Is Darwin 's Yellow Rose an airgator ? You might be correct Dean. In was thinkin Trail Boss, but I think Yellow Rose was built before Trail Boss started up. Heck, Ron (original owner of Trail Boss) might have been working for Air Gator back then.

Its probably safe to make that 7 airgaters. I have a TPWD inspection next week so I can file for a bonded title for my boat. Judging by all your pics this unregistered boat of mine is an airgator. I have parts scattered over three addresses right now while I get her ready to run. I'm hoping to hit Whitney come April. That is, if I can get dang mechanics ass in gear. Of course, I'm also assuming the state will move in a timely fashion on my title.
