Installing the side rails
Clamping the back first to get the proper height and hang from the stern so as to fit flush with the rear rail when installed. Once that was established the proper height was adjusted and clamped in place to hold her there. Then we bucked all the way to the area that would fold down and back in towards the hull leaving this area for last to buck in place.
