Big Mac at 1330

Haley's steer won first place trophy for average daily gain which was 4.39 lbs per day. This was her first year showing. Looks like next year she wants to do another steer project.

Thanks tony,they do the auction on sunday which is the last day of the fair.Haley ended up selling hers for 2.25 a lb. Prices were low this year I guess because of the economy.She still made a little profit and was able to recoup all our feed expenses and the cost of the steer.Next year we will try and have a buyer lined up ahead of time.My son Drake wants to do a steer project next year also.
