Met Mr.Parker today amazing man still remembers that deer like it was yesterday....50 years later!

The photos he has and the memory he has of them are awesome, he told me the whole story of the deer and the camp of that photo like it was yesterday. So I asked him what was the dog's name he had by the collar, and he stopped and thought for a moment and replied sooner, I asked if he was a special dog his reply was no he gave him away (in his words) the dog was a S/E and the sooner he did not have to feed him better he was.
The dog that trailed the deer is the dog in the boat overlooking the deer horns which was his good dog, he also told me that someone stopped by to check out the deer and that dog took possession and a bit a person that come by to observe (don't remember the name exactly).
I'm glad you got to visit with Mr. Parker t, conversation with him is at its best especially if he has one of them old photo albums.
